Lighting in 1.14.3 is broken when not using full bright. Lighting does not update after breaking blocks and appears to be dark. I tried playing on vanilla mc and it is not broken when using vanilla.

Please sumbit a Bug report at the button if the client (of if available in the client itself), and describe how to "enable" this bug.

I have the same issue, it happens when you break a block the lighting doesn't update in the location leaving a fully dark block which mobs can spawn and not burn during day time.
This is a huge issue when playing survival because creepers keep spawning on me and blowing up my chest while i am trying to build my house.

I can't get onto the bug report page at the moment but i have video evidence of this bug happening.
