Hey,Open Badlion Client Settings by pressing RIGHT SHIFT on your keyboard. Then search for a mod called "ToggleSneak". Enable it and select "Mode: Sprint". You should be able to toggle it with your sprint key. You can find your sprint key in your Minecraft Control settings.
