A small fix to the elo system.

So, I have noticed something in the ELO system that needs to be addressed. The fact that I get 0 points from anyone below 1400. It is really annoying, and I think it would be pretty dandy if you fixed it to where we can get at least 1 point per player.http://i.gyazo.com/cead55d2062d0d873de025c26c9ab6d5.png

The correct way to fix it is to make sure they don't get matched up with someone who gives 0 @SmellyPenguin
