Everything is white when join a server

When i join a server everything is white execpt the sjy which is black. Ive doing stuff do fix it but it hasnt worked. I looked in the forums if anyone had the same problem and i didnt see anyone who had the same bug as me.https://gyazo.com/83ae3276c460f71e421d71eba535de0f Heres a picture.
This is happened some time back and i fixed it but i dont remember how.

Gabbe I don't know if this is similar, but something like this used to happen to me, when I joined a server or went to the nether, it would go white for a second, try turning off shaders and putting "Fast Rendering" on.That used to be my bug anyway.

You can resolve the issue by turning down or turning off the motin blur mod. Hope this helped!
