So I was playing on hypixel and some guy wanted to friend me. So I said sure and it pops up with the little notification thing on the bottom right and the red box with a 1 next to the friend requests. But there's nothing there, I click it and it just switches between the + and - symbol on the right. I literally have no idea what I'm supposed to do to accept his request. If you could share this information with me I would be delighted. Thank you

If you hit your friend menu bind and there is nothing under requests, the notification you see could've just been a chat. I believe the default friend bind is "\". You may want to also try sending him a friend request.
