My Hat isn't appearing after a long time.

So today 7/13/2019, I order a Cape and a Hat. The Cape applied like 10 minutes after purchase. And it came to my attention that the hat didn't applied. I really need help with it! Iv'e waited a long time and still got nothing.And yes. I have Hats, Cloaks ETC On on the Badlion settings. HELPP!!
