I don't see this as needed. Most servers have a /ping command which displays the servers ping and TPS.

Need this for Hypixel. Their TPS is literally lower than 2b2t.

A mod for this is kind of useless, because either the server has a command for it or the client can't find it out in a somewhat reliable way.
