I tried choosing a file to open the Badlion Client with Forge and I messed up how Badlion actually opens and I don't know how to fix it.

Your Minecraft is usually located in your main hard drive (In most cases a 'C' Drive or 'D' Drive) So look through there and try to find your installation.

press windows key and r
write %AppData%
navigate to .minecraft folder
click into the address bar of the explorer to copy the path and insert it into badlion client

Badlion client does not work with other modifcations like forge, any attempt of you achieving this will fail.
(As a quick note: Yes it is possible to cheat with Badlion Client, buf you will get banned earlier or later from BAC if you play on BAC servers)
