the lava is placed very slowly

Hello, when I place lava (on any server) it is placed very slow, it takes about 0.5 seconds to register and this at the time of a match can be decisive, how can I fix this?

This is to prevent glitching of lava blocks showing on your screen when there is no lava there.We changed lava buckets to be server sided instead of client side, so if you have a high ping to a server this is why it takes a long time.
