Item physics

On 1.7.10 blocks have the physics aspect of the mod with no size differentiation.But on 1.8.9 item physics are the same, except the blocks seem to be almost 3x larger, There is no way to edit the size in the mod.
1.12.2 and any other version seems to have the same size blocks as 1.7.10
