There is no optifine for 1.14.3?

So, just recently I was hopping on a server on 1.14.3 and I noticed my FPS was lower than usual. I checked settings and Optifine wasn'tinstalled. I tried reinstalling BAC and it still hasn't resolved the problem. Can someone please explain what I should do to resolve this problem?
