Fullbright won't turn off

So I'm using Badlion and I turn on Fullbright so I could easily see, but then when I clicked the slider in the fullbright mod to turn it off, it still acts as if it's still on, there are no shadows or anything, which wouldn't be too annoying but now it's also on my normal Minecraft and not just Badlion Client.
Please tell me anything that may work, I'm desperate.
EDIT: I solved it by turning down my brightness down to moody.

If this happens again, make sur that you haven’t modified the gamma in your game files under .minecraft -> options -> gamma and make sure it is at 1.0 .
