Optifine cape color bugged?

This is really minor and I know it's not really important at all but my OCD just wanted to point it out. It seems that only in BLC, the Optifine cape color seems to not match the color it was set to (examples below).It's mostly turns the cape lighter and I see it on other player's capes as well. I know it's minor and completely pointless like I said before but I wanted to say something. I also want to say it could just be me and my current Minecraft settings (if so please tell me, it's killing me how my skin and cape don't match lol).This is on BLC.
This is on regular optifine 1.13.2
It's really slight which I know but anything helpful would be appreciated.

They could be the same and honestly I have no idea but for me, the BLC (or maybe it's just my eyes) makes the optifine capes look lighter. If you look at the "OF" lettering they look slightly different but my current cape isn't the best example which could also the problem.
