Example: When you're playing on 1.7 and you try to connect to Hypixel you will get this message

I'm not sure how hard this will be but if you could add another button that says "Switch to BLC 1.8.9" or something like that. After clicking this button the client would close and then it would open and then connect to Hypixel. This would it more convenient for the player to switch back and forth from versions and also make it less likely for the player to play on another client or forge for a different version.

This is just an example but I hope it explains the premise of my suggestion. This could obviously be used for other versions/servers and servers could even provide with what version they prefer players to play on.

Let me know what you think. Also not sure but this could be already planned

From a technical perspective, this would be really hard and a lot of work to do.

It probably won't happen unfortunately, even though it would be cool.
