okay so im a uhc player/potpvp player and i rely on 1.7 so much but for some reason it blsckscreens whenever i launch it

Please, check if you have the Fast Render option enabled. If so, please turn it off.

To do so, go to Options -> Video Settings -> Performance -> Fast Render: Off

Make sure motion blur and fast render aren't on / off at the same time. They aren't compatible.
