Shadow Mine Bug

Every time I mine a block doesn't matter what block, whatever that block is it turns to a really dark shadow and is only fixed by turning on full bright or updating the shadow with like placing a torch. its annoying when i'm trying to mine a base underground and i have to keep full bright on but mobs also spawn because its so dark. Hello!Is it on 1.14.4? If yes, it's a known issue. It will be fixed soon.
