Yesterday I told them to submit a bug report. They did that.Today I messaged them to check the bug report thread but they decided to make a thread here. Their English isn't the best (they are using Google Translator).
I explained to them not to make more threads here but wait for a response from an admin or developer.

Messaging an admin to check specific bug reports doesn't seem right. I believe there is more than one bug report. It will be checked once all previous reports have been checked.Update: an admin has already responded to their bug report.
