Error while installing

I get this error while installing:
If I click cancel, it goes to this:
Clicking cancel again closes the installer.
I tried to download the file on Chrome and it downloaded normally. Already restarted my PC, did netsh winsock reset and turned off firewall.

Make sure to disable firewalls, VPN's and then download.Posted on 12 August 2019 - 08:01 PM
I tried disabling the firewall and whitelisting the exe, didn't work. I don't use a VPN.Posted on 13 August 2019 - 06:52 AM
With what are you trying to download it?(examples: Winrar, 7z. )
Please specify with what and how you are downloading it.
