Lag Spike when opening inventory, chests, furnaces, etc

Every time I open my inventory, an enderchest, chest, bedwars shop, etc. I recieve a slight freeze. I've taken note at the fps counter and im not sure if the spike is short enough for the fps counter to show a drop in frames or if my frames are not dropping.Settings:
Specs: GTX 1060, AMD A10 7700k, 24 GB Ram (6GB dedicated)
