Schematica mod is already been added but there's a few bugs/gliches that Developers are trying hard to fix. I agree with your idea but we can't make them do it faster than they can. :D

If you're playing on some Faction server or any other kind of server where you need Schematics that hardly, you can install Vanila Minecraft with Forge on it and add Schematica mod, for building. That's just suggestion. :D
