I was told to create a bug report but not send it and that would allow me to access my chat logs, how would I do this.

Click on it and watch the links in the automatically generated bug report stuff. A couple of them include the chat of your previous couple badlion minecraft starts.

Altenratively you should be able to find them inside .minecraft\logs\blclient\minecraft
