One day Badlion had reset all of my video settings and controls and more. After I was finished setting that up, I had realized that my motion blur was no longer working, I checked multiple times to see if it was enabled, and it was. Shortly after a friend of mine suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the client; I did so. after reinstalling the client Motion Blur was still not working. please help I don't know what to do.

Disable fast render in your minecraft video settings.
