Reinstall Windows.And after reinstallation downloaded the drivers and tried to install Tlauncher, it was safely downloaded and I played.Then I decided to download Badlion client and it gave a strange error during installation.I'll attach a screenshot.What to do?

The solution is to enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 on Internet Explorer.
