I was playing then I crashed and I just relogged but the same thing happened, I restarted my computer and shut it off for 6+ hours. I checked the graphics driver issue and it said there are no problems. The server I was playing on was CosmicPvP which does have some unusual particles. Please help me fix this because I do play this server quite a lot!

I can play other servers!

The particles from CosmicPvP was either too strong for your graphics card to handle or the graphic drivers were out of date, so when you go on a server like CosmicPvP, you suddenly just crash. Try turning particles OFF in your Vanilla settings, this should fix the issue.
