When I try to install the client the setup says :Badlion Client Installation Error. Could you help me to fix it?

First, try disabling your antivirus/firewall
Second, log out & disable all VPN's on your system.

And could u also tell me what version u are on?

I have already deactivated all the antiviruses,I don't have any VPN or something like this.
I have windows 10 pro,and I want to use the 1.8.9 version of minecraft.
