I use Badlion for the performance boost it gives me in game and the cosmetic mods like dances, hitboxes, status overlays, etc.

But I would like to use mods ontop (specifically hypixel skyblock addons) of it. However because it is an anti-cheat client. Forge is clearly not supported.

What about releasing Badlion Forge supported version as a separate client/modpack that gives u the features of Badlion client without BAC therefore allowing mods.
But Keep the original anti-cheat client as a separate option for players who play on BAC servers and play ranked.

This will let users choose between BAC support for servers versus people who use it solely for the performance improvements and cosmetics can use other mods they'd like to.

With your idea of including Forge on Badlion, it leads to some problems:

1.) With the inclusion of Forge, it defeats the purpose of building an all-inclusive fast Minecraft client with anti-cheat capabilities.

2.) It will pose as an unfair advantage on some servers (for Example: Hypixel) because you'll have access to include mods that aren't necessarily allowed.

If you wish to suggest mods to us, you can either:
1.) Make a thread here, in "Ideas and Suggestions"
2.) Post a comment in "#mod-suggestions" within the Badlion Client Discord

i think what people are trying to say.. some mods are very useful but doesnt exist on any pvp client out there so we want them to be on the client, but… the dev team are not robots… thats known… so the amout of mods can be added is limited to the work capabities of the devs… but for me for example, forge is very annoying to use as you must use commands for most of the mods and having a gui for each mod is nice but… as we know… some mods are very heavy to make and people would like to use them (i know its planned to be added but for example replay mod) so why not make it like in laby mod, but i suggest that if you use the mode for using personal mods you will not have any ability to use paid cosmetics or emotes.
