Some cool cosmetic ideas i guessCursed dragon, wings normal dragon wings but with rips and tears
Headrow, the wither has 3 heads, but instead of it being wither heads it would be the players head
Antlers, just normal deer antlers pretty much
red nose, just a clown nose
Amulet, a necklace with a stone in the middle (there could be like differnt amulets like, dragon amulet, and many more)
