Menus work fine and everything until you get into a game, singleplayer or multi. Everything goes black and even the menu is black so you can't see anything. Running newest NVidia drivers and I have never had this issue until 6 months ago and I really want to be able to play this game again but I won't be able to if I can't even log in properly. Full/windowed does nothing, changing resource pack does nothing, even on default it is still the black screen.


turning up optifine settings fixed it

Hello!

"Black screen" bug usually happens when Motion Blur and Optifine's Fast Render are enabled. They both are not compatible.
