Hello!

So when I record with obs at 720p, 100000 peak bitrate with H265/HVEC encoder at any fps it causes my game to be 'glitchy' or it has a fps skipping effect.
I have a rx 580 with a freesync monitor and freesync enabled.
At first I tried recording with fractional value at 120, but that was really unplayable because of the jittering effect on my screen, than I changed to integer value and put it at 120 and even tho the jitter/fps skip/glitch effect wasn't as noticeable, the effect was still pretty annoying.
In the recordings, there is no weird effect though.

Hey wo6!

Could this issue be caused with your system specs? nd also, have you updated your graphics card drivers to the most recent update? If the issue still occurs try re installing the client.
