Hey there,
I’m away from my computer right now and am posting this from my phone, so I don’t have a screenshot for you, but I have confirmed this is a bug that everyone of my friends experience. The ItemPhysics mod when toggled on, makes the blocks ridiculously large. Almost as big as the bighead texture pack, and it’s extremely annoying. I’d love to be able to play with it on, but it’s too much. Nothing is broken with them falling flat however.

There should be a ticket open for this as I've seen people talking about this glitch.
