I would like to give my own suggestion

Recently, I've been using labymods a lot before downloading the badlion client and I really loved their nametag highlighter mod.

Nametag highlighter - You could add your own words to highlight, let's say my name "42096", if someone would say it the text would be highlighted. (see the screenshot). It could be customized like "chroma, breathing, rainbow and a original colour". The whole text would be highlighted and you could add multiple names or words.Screenshot
