Everytime I open Badlion I have to install it

Hi!As Janmm said BadLion Client requires to be launched as Administrator. It's basicly simple option of your computer. To launch it as Administrator follow those steps:
Right click on Badlion Client >> Click on option "Run as Administrator" >> Go yes >> Launch game.
It should work if you follow those steps. If it doesn't work or you have any other questions feel free to ask down in chat! :)

I'm the Administrator of my computer if I right click I don't see the option to run as the Administrator
