Bought Dragon Wings and a 3$ Facepalm emote,
only Dragon wings showed up.
Any idea why this could be and where I could contact support?

Join a server or single-player world and open the emotes menu by pressing H or press ESC and then click on "Emotes". If your emote is not in there, make a thread at https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 but make sure to read the pinned threads first.
