I can not install badlion client

I tried with NeedVoid to fix it but it didn't affect.It freezes if i accept the agreement and select the download folder.
I deleted all badlion folders and data but it didnt affect on it.

Fixed.If you delete BC manually it is registered. You must remove it from the register (Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall Program > Badlion Client)
