Ok first of problem 1 my Badlion keeps deleting itself or stop working
And 2 when I tried to download it again it would say “Installation Aborted Setup was not completed successfully”

Please help me.

Hello, SpicyGayMan!

Go to your Control Panel and uninstall Badlion Client. Here's a guide on how to uninstall a program: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-uninstall-an-app-or-program-in-windows-10/
Then download and install it again.
