Either you are lying and try to get unbanned this way. Or you are not lying but you don't get unbanned either way.If you buy a PC from ebay you are really, really unlucky to get one badlion banned PC, because only ~10300 bans have been spoken.
In case you were not lying, the odds are high that its "just" a 6-month ban people get when they cheat the first time, so if you decide to keep that PC, you can likely play again on BAC servers at some point in the next 6 months when the ban is lifted. There is no way to check when and if you get unbanned. Because if you are really super-duper unlucky that PC you bought is permanently banned. I can't check it too.

You can sell it yourself and hope that you don't have bad luck when you buy another pc / laptop next time.The problem with this is that Badlion cannot accept such ban appeals because every proof you could give could be faked, the seller on ebay could be your friend living in another town/country and you switch devices back later on so he can cheat again, etc. etc.
I'm sure this is handled equally in other games.

Sure, thats the whole point why this client exists. When you cheat on BAC servers, at some point your PC gets banned from playing with BAC on BAC servers. This effectively reduces cheaters. Not every cheat is automatically banning, some are banned in a banwave.
