60 fps without vsync

my fps is capped at 60 even if my vsync isnt on. its only happening on fullscreen mode, when I go windowed mode it turns back to normal please I need help (this happens with lunar,pvplounge, etc clients)Posted on 03 October 2019 - 11:16 AM
