Hello, I recently purchased the the Rainbow Bandana for 10.00 USD, and it hasn't shown up on my minecraft character. I have an idea of way, maybe because i created my account under the name "M0SKOV" but i changed my name to "wetkisses". But I am not too sure, please help.

Your item should be given after the transaction is complete which can take anywhere from 1-3 days. Although if you were already on the client once your purchase was made you'll have to restart the client and your cosmetic may, or may not be added to your account. If this doesn't work out and after three business days your bandana hasn't been added yet I would recommend contacting the Badlion Payment Support team. Although because you changed your username it should still be added. I'd recommend just checking your cosmetic tab. Although if you switched over your account you can make a store purchase account transfer within 48 hours of the purchase.
