So, Ihave been facing this problem for 3 days now and my badlion client , forge etc are lagging alot. i am getting like 20-30fps with lag spikes every second. this started when i updated java but then i degraded it but its still not fixed. i have tried changing my graphic settings, reinstalling minecraft and other stuff. i dont think its a ram issue either. my pc specs are :-
Intel core i3-2350M 2.30ghz
4gb ram
Gpu;- nvidia gt 610m 2gb
integrated:- intel hd 3000
Pls help me fix this+ BAC is not letting me join servers im just stuck on logging in

Hey, please can you do this.

Press Windows Key+R (A run box should come up)
Type %appdata%
Open the .minecraft folder
Send the contents of .options and .optionsof
