Hello,
I am trying to help my son use Badlion to play minecraft. For some reason today it logged him out and no matter that we successfully reset his password, we can not log in through Badlion. More specifically, it keeps showing a LAUNCH option and when he tries to use that it tells him that he needs to enter his credentials for Badlion. Is anyone else having trouble with this app right now? I obviously am not the one to help him but i have no one else to help me! :-)

Hey,

Please attempt to reinstall Badlion client.

Presuming you're on Windows 10 do the following:

- Press the Windows key
- Search for "control panel"
- In the bottom left there should be "Programs" below that there should be "uninstall a program", press that.
- Make sure Badlion Client isn't open on your computer and then click on it in the control panel
- Right-click and press "uninstall"
- After the program has been uninstalled restart your computer.
- After your computer has booted back up redownload Badlion Client here.
- Restart your computer again after installation.
- Attempt to login to Badlion Client again.

If this doesn't work let me know.
