When my server is starting up im getting this error:
java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: https://bac-files.badlion.net/updates/bungee-heartbeat-plugin-*********.jar

Are there any fixes?

Many things can stop the download of the Badlion Client, here are some key factors:
- Firewalls
- VPN's
- Anti-Virus's
- Service Pack 1 (Windows 7)

If your download is saying installation aborted, try to do the following:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Click on "Programs".
3. Click on "Programs and Features".
4. Find Badlion Client, right-click on it and select "Uninstall".
5. Once you have done that, download and install the latest version of Badlion Client.
