I can't confirm.A developer would have to decide as i don't code the client.

The NameMC mod. LabyMod, for example, has it. Basically, when you open chat, you get a "Name history" in the top right corner and if you click on it and type someone's name - it shows your their full name history. It's pretty useful because you don't have to go to NameMC
