Hello!First of all, let's make sure you have bought the right bandana. Open the launcher, click on your skin (it is located at the top right corner), then click "Account", find your latest payment and click on "View". You will see all your recently purchased items.
If "Chroma Bandana" is on that list, launch the client. Open the cosmetics menu and click on the colored box to change the color of your bandana.
