Whenever I open up mc my mods don't show up and i have to keep on turning them on

Try cloning the profile when you have put all the mods on that you want. If that doesn't work see if the profile is in the BLC-Profiles folder.

( How to go to that folder )
Windows key + r
Type %Appdata%
go to .minectaft ( might need to scroll up or down to find it )
then look for BLCient-Mod-Profile and then the version you are having trouble on.
