Improve motion blur

A lot of people have been complaining about the current one.As a side note: saturation multiplier would be nice too.

Masta contacted me directly and told me to say "epic. please add". I thought this was an unprofessional response. This modification, from what I have seen, is a drastic improvement to the current motion blur in my opinion. It is more aesthetically please. epic. pls addPosted on 10 November 2019 - 04:40 AM
