I accidentally changed the bind for the friends tab to come out to left click and now I cant change it back because whenever I try clicking settings it closes help!

Follow next guide to solve your issue!

Go to your Minecraft folder (.minecraft). There should be a folder called „BLClient-Mod-Profiles-1.XX“. In there you can find your mod profiles.
Open the file that’s in the right folder and search for the keyword „friendSetting“. Change the value at openKey to 71. This should set your keybind to G again.
71 is for 1.14v
34 is for 1.7v & 1.8v
After that change the key to whatever you want.
