I was banned from Hypixel while playing with the Badlion client and before you say "uhh you are just cheating bro", I am MVP+ on Hypixel so cheating would just be stupid. I appealed, but my appeal was very vague, and I didn't even name drop the client. I just put it in the client window. If your appeal was denied, it means they have a proof of you "cheating".There is nothing that would get you banned if you are using Badlion Client (unless you have injected cheats into it). All mods, which, in their opinion, give an unfair advantage, are disabled by the server using our API.

Well, what would this proof be? I asked them why I was banned and what type of cheat I was caught using and they said that they couldn't disclose that information and I understand that It'd reveal more about their anti-cheat but as far as I know they can't know what type of client I'm running and only go for the things they see in-game. Now, do you know where I can talk to an Admin without getting hit with an auto-reply?

If it is a Watchdog ban, they have the anti-cheat logs. If staff banned you, most likely they have a video or something else(?). It's pretty pointless asking them to show the proof because it's forbidden for them to share the proof of someone cheating (it doesn't matter if it's a helper or an admin).
I think this is how the ban and the appealing system works on Hypixel:
- someone/something (the serverside anticheat or staff) bans you;
- if you appeal, there is an appeal reviewing team who reviews the proof;
- if the proof shows you've been banned falsely, they eventually unban you.
If your appeal is denied, there's nothing that can be done anymore.
