It is possible to do that but only within 48 hours of purchase. If you bought the cape within 48 hours, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a thread. The pinned threads must be read first.

If it has been more than 48 hours since the purchase was made, then it's not possible to switch cosmetics.
