OBS not recording smoothly.

I've been trying to record for a month with BLC, and it just isn't working.It looks like im recording like 15 fps in BLC, but when I record in regular minecraft I can easily get it
very smoothly. I just don't get it, please help.
this has set me very behind.

Which software are you using for recording?I recommend that you use OBS, use Game Input and in game input options, enable Anticheat compatibility.
