Ping display while in game

While playing games on hypixel, other people's pings show 1. Is there a way to fix it?

The ping information in the tab list is sent by the server to the client. So if everyone has 1ms ping, it is clear that Hypixel does no longer send your ping and the ping of other players to the client and actively replaced it with just sending 1.
